TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

This website is owned by MillionBridges SL, a Spanish company registered in the mercantile registry of Barcelona under fiscal identification number B01830223, and located at Dr. Trueta 179, 2º 10ª - 08005 Barcelona. Tel. +34 933 003 072 - email: INFO@MILLIONBRIDGES.COM. The present Terms & Conditions constitute the binding rules governing the remittances sent from overseas to beneficiaries in Lebanon, with additional information and conditions described as set forth below.

THE SERVICE OFFERING

The Services offered by MillionBridges are intended for persons of any nationality, over 18 years of age. Users (the Senders) must open an account with RevoluPAY in order to use MillionBridges’ Services. The MillionBridges Service is available for purchases inside Lebanon, and to Lebanese nationals and residents with valid IDs (the Beneficiaries).

THE MANAGEMENT FEE

The Management Fee charge is set at 4.9% over and above the transferred funds.

THE SECURITY OF YOUR PAYMENT - REVOLUPAY

MillionBridges has partnered with RevoluPAY, a payment entity authorized under PSD2 EU directives, with license number 6900 from Banco de España (Spanish Central Bank). All funds go through RevoluPAY, and remain in its custody and at the disposal of the beneficiary, until a cash withdrawal or purchase is made by the beneficiary, at which time the value of the withdrawal or purchase becomes at the disposal of the merchant from whom the withdrawal or purchase was made. MillionBridges, through RevoluPAY, offers a safe payment with your credit card; your data is sent directly to the payment entity that processes the payment and we are sent an authorization. MillionBridges never receives your card details. For your own safety, MillionBridges only accepts secure credit cards (secure cards are those that require the use of the holder's PIN code to complete the transaction, for a 100% secure environment for fund transfer and especially the cardholder). In order to formalize the transfer of funds, a summary of your personal data will be presented on the Sender registration page. Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 90 days shall be deactivated, and the balance shall be returned to the user (“Sender”). Upon opening a BridgeAccount™ with RevoluPAY, you hereby accept the Terms & Conditions of said payment entity, in addition to the current Terms & Conditions of MillionBridges.

THE SECURITY BEHIND OUR SYSTEM

Users must pass RevoluPAY’s security filters before being approved. Those security filters include, but are not limited to, uploading IDs and answering questions regarding the source of funds being transferred. There are limits to the amount of funds that can be transferred. The minimum per transfer is set at USD 10 and the maximum is set at USD 2,000. The monthly cumulative maximum is set at USD 3,000. The maximum number of beneficiaries per Sender is set at 3. All the elements that distinguish the Service are in conformity with the applicable legal regulations in force in Spain and, especially, the regulation on fund movements and money laundering. Consumer Fraud Alert: protect yourself. Be careful when a stranger asks you to send money, especially for internet auctions, newspaper or telephone offers.

THE SECURITY OF YOUR DATA

All information corresponding to your personal data will be treated in accordance with the EU Regulation and the Spanish Act on Data Protection (Organic Law 3/2018, 5th of December, for Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights). Your data will only be shared upon formal request from administrative or judicial authorities. The data you have supplied may be accessed, modified, or eliminated upon your request. In this regard, MillionBridges is responsible for the data files of all users of this site, and guarantees users´ right to access their personal data, upon prior written request to the following e-mail address: info@millionbridges.com. If you do not wish for your data to be treated automatically in accordance with the terms of the Spanish Act on Data Protection (Organic Law 3/2018) and EU legislation,, you must communicate this in writing to MillionBridges at the following address: DR. TRUETA 179, 2º 10ª – 08005 BARCELONA, SPAIN. After 30 (thirty) days following the formalization of your transfer of funds, MillionBridges will understand that you have accepted that your personal data may be treated in an automatic manner. By accepting the present Terms and Conditions, you are hereby authorizing the transfer of basic information between MillionBridges and RevoluPAY (and vice-versa). Such information is considered essential and necessary, in order to complete the payment operations between both entities.

COOKIES & INTERNET TECHNOLOGY

MillionBridges may use internet technologies like cookies and Web beacons for a variety of purposes, including, but not limited to, those identified below. 1. To assist us in providing services to you; 2. To allow you to change Web pages during your visit without having to re-enter your password; 3. To temporarily track activity on our Website; 4. To determine whether you came to our site from a banner ad or an Affiliate Website; 5. To deliver Information specific to your interests on additional Websites; or 6. To identify you when you visit the Website, to personalize the content of the Website for you and to assist you in carrying out transactions and accessing account information.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes are handled by our Customer Service department. Please address your grievance by email to INFO@MILLIONBRIDGES.COM, and include all pertinent information: your full name, email address, phone number, name of your beneficiary, amount transferred, date of transfer, and reason for the complaint. Disputes between Senders and MillionBridges are handled at the MillionBridges level, in accordance to the latter’s terms of service. Disputes between Beneficiaries and Merchants are handled at the Merchant level, in accordance with the latter’s terms of service. No refunds shall be processed for disputes between Beneficiaries and Merchants.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All computer programs, texts, sounds, videos, images, interfaces, screens are protected in accordance with the intellectual property law and international copyright conventions. the reproduction, disclosure, use, modification or any other form of unauthorized exploitation, whether directly or indirectly by telematic networks or under similar mediums, will entail the bringing of the relevant legal actions by MillionBridges or by holders of exclusive or non-assigned rights to MillionBridges. All signs, symbols, logos, trademarks, mixed, figurative or nominative appearing on the website constitute exclusive rights of MillionBridges or third parties whose rights are transferred to MillionBridges on the basis of the applicable Spanish legislation or under the international conventions on the protection of industrial property rights. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, RevoluGROUP CANADA INC is the sole owner of all the Intellectual Property rights, titles and interests over its brands, its e-Wallet and its payment platform, including the corresponding source code, which will remain confidential and property of RevoluPAY, and protected by applicable Intellectual Property norms.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the full extent permitted by applicable law: (1) In no event shall MillionBridges nor RevoluPAY be liable for damages, whether caused by negligence on the part of its employees, suppliers or agents or otherwise, beyond the sum of the transfer amount and transfer fee; and (2) In no event shall MillionBridges nor RevoluPAY or their agents be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or the like.

INDEMNIFICATION

As a user, you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless, MillionBridges and RevoluPAY, their current and future sister Companies, Agents and Partners against any claims, liabilities, costs, losses, damages, judgments, expenses and fees (including attorney fees) arising out of or relating to your misuse of the MillionBridges website, mobile application and account or your breach of these terms.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The present terms constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and MillionBridges with respect to MillionBridges Website, mobile application and account, and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral.
